Prior to joining Attega Consulting Evgeny worked in reporting, external relations and project management for the United Nations, European Commission and International Federation of Red Cross in Russia, Pakistan, Belgium, Bangladesh and Cote d’Ivoire. He earned his PhD in History from the European University (Florence, Italy) and its Russian equivalent from the Tomsk State University.
His research interests focus on European integration, international security, United Nations, Development, Trade and Education.
Evgeny is PRINCE2 and PMI certified project management specialist.
